An Interview, a Cover, and a Launch Date

It's been a minute, but with mid-July comes three exciting announcements: an interview, a cover, and a release date!

First: an interview! A friend of mine from The Habit (an online writers' community), Addie D. Mueller, just released an interview with me on her blog. She's a wonderful person, and it was a pleasure to work with her on the interview! You can find the interview here and her blog here!

Second: a cover! Covers are very important, especially when you're trying to get your name out. My cover for The Otherfolk is nothing I'm ashamed of. I'm really proud of it, since I did it myself in a bit of a time crunch. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the Adobe suite, so I won't be able to create similar covers for my next projects. Knowing it'd be difficult and expensive to continue making my own covers, I decided to have them professionally drawn.

So, there you have it! If you have a copy of The Otherfolk, it's now considered a "collector's edition". I'm not sure exactly when the new cover version will be available, but be on the lookout for a beautiful, brand-new look to the story you already know.

And last but not least: a launch date! After a while, I started to think that maybe I didn't need an entire year to get my sequel ready for publishing. So, armed with support from my friends and family, I've decided to move the date even closer! The Otherfolk 2, which is called Beyond the Wall, will be released on November 14th, 2025! If you recognize that date, it's for a good reason - it's Peter's birthday! Lord willing, the other books will also be published on characters' birthdays, but for now, BtW is the only one set in stone.
